Over the years, our gluteal  muscles, better known as, “glutes”, or our “butt”, tend to look, well, flabby.

Most of us don’t bike or run to keep those gluteal muscles tight and firm. Most of us are ordinary people doing ordinary things…  using our gluteal  muscles to basically sit down! Fat begins to gather and skin begins to hang; the next thing we know, we’re buying bigger underwear that fits tighter and tighter.  Over the years, our butts have become complete strangers, taking on a whole new form and look.

With a little effort, we can turn our butts into that sexy caboose we used to have. All it takes is doing the right exercises in perfect sequence, adding a little weight and resistance, and soon, the perfect butt returns!

BOOTY CALL is a 30-minute class dedicated to redefining your glutes. Our class is designed for all fitness levels. All we require is the desire for a firm and tighter butt.

Here is how the class works.

There are three gluteal muscle areas: gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and the gluteus minimus. To make it easier, we just call them  #1, #2 and #3. By working each muscle area in a particular sequence, then working them all together, you can more quickly develop stronger and firmer muscles.  Get ready to say “goodbye” to those saddlebags once and for all!

All Butts Are Not Created Equal

Let’s do the pencil test.

Let’s see if your butt has enough “lift.” Take a pencil and place it in the crease where your butt meets the top of your thighs. If the pencil stays put or disappears,  your butt lacks “lift.” Your goal is to lift your butt by losing fat and making it firm. BOOTY CALL is a 30 minute class dedicated to nothing but your butt.
